We want to hear directly from you about your experiences as a student in our school and across the district. This survey is your chance to tell us what’s working well, where we can improve, and how we can make your school experience even better.

Your feedback will help school staff and leadership understand what students need, what you value, and how we can build a stronger, more supportive school environment for everyone.

This survey is confidential. Your answers won’t be tied to your name, and no one will know how you personally responded. Please answer as honestly and openly as you can.

It should take about 10–15 minutes to complete. There are a mix of multiple-choice and open-ended questions where you can share more of your thoughts.
